Mohammed Zafar Ullah, FCS, is the CEO and Chief Consultant of Mohammed Zafar & Co., a Chartered Secretary firm holding Private Practice Certificate No. 022, registered under the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB). The Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) was established under the Chartered Secretaries Act 2010, an Act of Parliament, and is the only recognized governance professional body responsible for developing, promoting, and regulating the profession of Chartered Secretaries in Bangladesh. ICSB is a statutory body administrated by Ministry of Commerce, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and it is regulated under CS Regulations 2011.

Mohammed Zafar Ullah FCS is an accomplished professional with a proven record of success and intimate knowledge in the fields of Company Secretarial, Accounting, Financial Services, Commercial, and Income Tax & VAT Management.

He has served in various local and multinational companies, including listed companies in Bangladesh, for over two decades. He was the Vice President of Ahmed Mashuque & Co., Chartered Accountants, focusing on consulting in Company Secretarial, Legal, and HR for the last decade.

He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) and has a strong track record in both academic and professional education. He completed his Chartered Accountancy Article ship with Shafiq Mizan Rahman & Co., Chartered Accountants. He holds a Master’s degree in Management from Jagannath University (JU), an MBA in Finance from Northern University of Bangladesh (NUB), and a Postgraduate diploma in Tax Management from the United International University of Bangladesh (UIU). He also obtained a license for practicing Income Tax and VAT from the NBR.
